As a company founded by women, for women, kindness has been woven into the fabric of Lafayette 148 from the beginning—from being inclusive in our sizing to caring for our clients, and now offering harmonized pricing for all our designs, whatever the size. It’s an inclusive approach to design—one that allows Lafayette 148 to offer fifty-eight sizes and making the brand one of the rare luxury American fashion houses creating beautiful clothing for women of every size and shape.

With fifty-eight sizes in our line, we are devoted to making beautiful, meticulously constructed clothing for women everywhere, regardless of size or shape. Our designers work hand-in-hand with our patternmaking team to craft a consistent fit that works in harmony with a woman’s body. We create a unique pattern for every size, finessing proportions, tweaking seams and refining the design through fittings. Next, our team tries on and tests each garment to ensure it fits flawlessly, so by the time you see the collection, we’ve perfected every piece.
